Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions made through the DoodLegend.com website. A "client" is any natural or legal person who places an order with DoodLegend that is successfully processed via our secure online payment platform.
Article 1a: Age Limit
DoodLegend only accepts clients over the age of 16 for digital products (including templates, downloads, and design assets), and over 18 for services such as coaching, workshops, or seminars. While our products are not inappropriate for minors, they are intended for a mature audience who can understand the responsibilities of digital business. Any subscriber or customer found not to meet the age criteria will be removed from our systems and refunded where applicable.
Article 2: Order
Placing an order on DoodLegend.com constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Article 3: Price
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD), and include any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. However, the price charged will always be the one displayed at the time of purchase.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept international credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payment information is encrypted and securely handled. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Responsibility for payment security lies with Stripe, our payment processor.
Article 5: Access to Digital Products
Once your payment is confirmed, access to your digital product(s) will be provided via email or an on-screen download link. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, contact philip@takingaction.online and weโll assist promptly.
Article 6: Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on all digital purchases. If you\'re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at philip@takingaction.online to request a refund. We may ask for brief feedback, but refunds are processed without hassle. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
